Basic contact
The everyday case: two half-width fields side by side and a required message.
Check: required-field errors appear inline, AJAX submit shows the confirmation without a reload, and the entry saves.
Every field type
One of each field type: text, email, phone, website, number, date, dropdown, radio, checkboxes, file upload, paragraph, hidden, HTML block and consent.
Check: email and URL validation, the file type and size limits (2 MB, JPG/PNG/PDF), and that the hidden source value is saved.
Conditional logic
Answer Yes to reveal the service and budget fields. Choose Other to reveal a description field, and enter a budget over 5000 to reveal a note.
Check: fields hidden at submit time are not saved in the entry, even if you filled them in first.
Multi-step
Three steps with a progress bar.
Check: you can't move past a step with errors, the Back button keeps your answers, and the final entry contains every step.
